Okay, this article is really late, but I do have one month done. It was a good week and I ended it at 186.8. I have lost 3.2 pounds this month (remember I am trying not to lose much weight), half an inch off my waist and a quarter inch off my butt. My thighs have increased by 1.5 inches and my arms and chest have remained the same. The increased whey protein powder should hopefully start to add muscle in the arms and chest. So the net is I am losing inches where I want to lose and not losing muscle mass while I lose weight. This is how you lose weight while still adding the muscle mass and definition I had hoped for.
Overall it was another great workout week. I saw Trainer Joel on Monday, played doubles racquetball Monday night, racquetball again on Tuesday, worked out with Buffy Wednesday night, started a new singles racquetball league Thursday night and worked out at home before we left on Friday morning. I say I will need it, because I have a 3 day holiday, wine tasting, traveling, BBQs and no racquetball during the holiday weekend. My weigh in for next week is likely not going to be pretty. That being said, I will give it a go. Okay, one month down and two and a half more to go. Wish me luck. Here are the progress pictures.
