Feel Better Inside First
This one will take a little faith on your part to embrace, but once you do, it will make so much more sense. Our poor health creeps up on us very, very slowly. Like the proverbial frog in the boiling water, you don’t realize you are in bad shape until something terrible opens up your eyes. Small things, like less energy, poor sleep (apnea), digestive problems and joint pain slowly conspire together to rob you of your health. These things don’t happen to you, you introduce them to your body with each bad food choice you make. So, over months and years, you look like this.
That was me in 2011, he looks happy dancing, but he was sweating, slow and tired. He was 52 and needed someone to help him to see what he had become. Some family and friends tried, but he was not ready to do it. He could not, would not and did not listen. Does that sound like someone you know?
Here is the take away. You do not really truly know how bad you feel, until YOU STOP FEELING BAD. Feeling good was so long ago, you truly don’t remember it. You do not remember what it means to have energy, sleep well or to be rid of the nagging pains. It was so long ago and you have become resigned to this is how it will always be. IT DOES NOT HAVE TO BE THAT WAY!
