Ask For Help

This part is multi-faceted, because you need help every step of your journey.

  1. You need it when you get started, to get started and to begin the WORK necessary to get fit and healthy. Talk to someone who has successfully gone down the path you are attempting to go down. Ask them how they did it.
  2. Ask for encouragement along your way. This requires you to step out of your comfort zone and admit you need to lose weight. Not just to yourself, but to your family, friends and Facebook list. Why? You will need accountability, encouragement and the support of those around you. You do not want your friends inviting you out to Golden Corral or ordering that extra appetizer ( Paul V.) when you go out together. You might even get a friend, a spouse or co-worker to join you by letting them know.
  3. Join a team, like ours, that has the ready advice, resources, encouragement and success to share with you along your journey.

You will be surprised at who is really willing to support your lifestyle change. In fact, you might be their inspiration to get started too. I have received support from Florida, Texas, Arizona, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and all over in losing my 70 pounds. I will still need their support in getting to my next goal of presentable abs.
